Sales Director-

​

The sales director is responsible for driving new business by utilizing their current portfolio of client contacts.  The upside earning potential of this position is unlimited and we challenge you to close too much business! 

​

Job Description:

  • Manage all aspects of new strategic account development: prospecting, consultation, building strategic alliances, compelling proposals, relationship management and closing opportunities.

  • Network with industry leaders and business partners. Participate in key industry forums and local (territory) networking events.

  • Facilitate the negotiations and closing activities.

  • Manage successful transition of the opportunity to the delivery team.

  • Coordinate internal reviews, align cross-functional teams, receive approvals; manage solutions/propositions as well as develop client interactions and relevant client demonstrations, etc.

  • Effectively engage with the C-suite to maintain continued support of the tMMp value proposition.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years consultative sales experience selling solutions/services working with major Telecom Carriers and Enterprise Cloud teams. 

  • Exceptional strategic selling skills including discovery, ROI development/ presentation, sales cycle maintenance, tactical planning/closing.

  • A substantial book of business contacts in the IT space.  (CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, etc.)

  • Bachelor Degree

Senior Analyst-

​

The senior analyst position it responsible for all sourcing and financial   analysis at the deal level.  You must be able to prioritize the  demands of multiple engagements and accuracy of your work is paramount to success. 

​

Job Description:

  • Supports the negotiation team from baseline build to contract completion; Assignments include complex contracts/projects and attention to detail is crucial.

  • Creates detailed baseline inventories, bid response sheets and various ad hoc analyses such as cost of change reports.

  • Prepares forecasts and determines commitment to spend ratios.

  • Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks/clients and meet tight deadlines

  • Timely preparation of project close out and final savings analysis.

  • Reviews contract terms and conditions and improvements based on carrier bids. 

​

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a quantitatively based position, such as a financial analyst. 

  • Must have advanced skills using Excel.  (fx, pivot tables, graphs, etc.)

  • A strong understanding of telecom services and the contractual/pricing aspects are helpful.

  • Bachelor Degree - preferably in business finance or accounting
